PDL List
This section is the
Preferred Drug List [PDL] for traditional Medicaid patients.
This list began in August 2002 and we are up to our eighth
addition. This is Medicaid's attempt to bring some type of
formulary restrictions to traditional Medicaid. All prior
approvals for non-preferred drugs are the responsibility
of ACE Healthcare, the new on-line prescription adjudicator.

person who can authorize your PA at that time. There is no
need to fax as was required prior to ACS. The first part
of our PDL list is our own breakdown to simplify all medications
invloved in a reference form. This is followed by the official
notification from Medicaid.
We hope you find this
guide helpful. Remember, it was outdated before we had it available
here for you. We have tried to be as accurate as possible buy
you may find errors. If you find something wrong, please let
